Don't Clutter up The Room
by Sue Seaman

Bits of rubbish on the floor
Books and papers by the door
Records, tapes and CDs too
Lipstick, smeared along with glue
Chewing gum stuck on the chair
Brush and comb full up with hair
Chocolate wrappers fill the bin
Take a thought - it’s just like sin!

We fill our lives with loads of ‘stuff’
It clutters up the room
We will not move to clean it out
‘til someone tells us to
But Jesus knocks upon your door
Are you prepared to let him in?
The cluttered room’s just like your heart
He’ll enter in and make it clean!
